This page uses a form to create a Mortgage Calculator, and then uses
Javascript (displayed below the Calculator)
to perform the actual calculations.
Here's how you use this form:
Enter the House Price.
Enter the Down Payment. If no down payment then leave it blank.
Enter the Annual Interest Rate percentage.
Enter the Term, in years
Click Calculate.
There is no need for a clear button, just change the required box and click Calculate
